SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 19th

5PM-7PM
Meet up at Pritzker Park at 5pm (corner of State Street and Van Buren) at the giant eye ball. From there we're going on a two-hour tour as we walk up Michigan Ave towards Gino's East. The total distance is just over a mile and we'll have plenty of time to stop for various photo ops.


Convocation Dinner

7PM-10PM: Gino's East located at 162 East Superior Street. Please note the address as there is more than one location downtown.

MONDAY SEPTEMBER 20th

Pre & Post Show Meet Up

5PM: Pre-show meet up at The Crossroads Bar & Grill located at 1120 West Madison. The bar is located approximately 3/4 mile east of the United Center. There is limited street parking around the bar with meters (3 hour max) effective until 9PM (which should work out fine since we will be leaving between 7 and 7:30). There are free shuttle buses offered from the bar to the UC before the show and then back again afterwards. A leisurely walk up Madison street should get you to the UC in about 20 minutes. Post-show meet-up at the same place. There is also the option of parking in one of the UC lots and walking to the bar if anyone chooses to just bugger off after the show.

TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 21st

5PM: Pre-show meet up at West End located at 1326 West Madison. The bar is located approximately 1/2 mile east of the United Center. There is limited street parking around the bar with meters (3 hour max) effective until 9PM (which should work out fine since we will be leaving between 7 and 7:30). There are free shuttle buses offered from the bar to the UC before the show and then back again afterwards. A leisurely walk up Madison street should get you to the UC in about 15 minutes. Post-show meet-up at the same place. There is also the option of parking in one of the UC lots and walking to the bar if anyone chooses to just leave directly after the show.

  • The upper lounge at West End has been reserved for us
  • Shuttles back to the bar after the show pick up at Madison and Wood
  • West End is 21 and older during the day of the event
