In August 2000 Tim Kozusko set off with his trusty camera from the USA to the UK on a mission.
His objective was to get pictures of as many landmarks, that had Floyd associations, as he could.
The results of his expedition can now been seen here. You did well Tim!
LONDON

31 Tottenham Court Road. London. This is the site where UFO once stood. Generally accepted as the launching place for Pink Floyd's career.

Abbey Road Studios is where Pink Floyd recorded their Masterpiece 'The Dark Side Of The Moon'. The Floyd started using Abbey Road in February 1967 when they recorded 'Matilda Mother'.

No series of pictures of Abbey Road would be complete without the obligatory 'crossing' picture. Tim says that even today folk are still compelled to have their pictured snapped while crossing the road.

The 'Roundhouse' at Chalk Farm. Floyd played here many times, including the historic UFO club in 1967 that moved here after closing down in Tottenham Court Road. Later, another Floyd hangout 'Middle Earth', closed in Covent Garden & also moved here.

The Roundhouse again. On UFO & Middle Earth nights, many a hippy would lie on the floor of the building gazing up into the recesses of the translucent ceiling. As dawn approached you could see the light change, which was especially interesting to those who had partaken of LSD!

Britannia Row studios, still owned by Nick Mason. The albums Animals (1977) A Momentary Lapse Of Reason (1987) and The Division Bell (1994) were recorded here. It's also used to store many of the Floyd's balloons.

Taken at a Council Estate just behind Britannia Row studios, this is thought to be where the kids are walking single file towards the meat grinder in the movie 'The Wall'
GLASTONBURY

Glastonbury Tor. This is where Syd facetiously told an interviewer an alien had given him the name Pink Floyd. The Tor has graffiti on it older than America.
