Pink Floyd embarked on their iconic Animals (In The Flesh) tour in 1977, which spanned from January to July. The band delivered four remarkable concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York on 1-4 July. The band were nearing the end of the long and grueling tour and Roger Waters was famously fed up with rowdy audience members who were lighting off fireworks during these shows.

This collection of 100 photos captures the final show at MSG on 4 July 1977, marking the second to last performance of the entire US/Canada leg. Following the Madison Square Garden concerts, Pink Floyd concluded their tour at the Olympic Stadium in Montréal.
